Had a pleasant one-night stay in a King Room. The shower design was spot-on, and the complimentary lemon water was refreshing. Friendly staff made the experience more enjoyable, especially during a difficult time. Breakfast was excellent and gave me the energy needed for my next day trek. The stay was comfortable and restful.

Yet, I faced long wait times at check-in and found some maintenance issues in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness left room for improvement.

But, housekeeping seemed to think my room was a no-go zone until virtually teabreak time! I mean, a little cleaning before I return would be fab, darling!

I had a King Room for one night and it was pretty comfy. The shower design was perfect—so nice! The free Wi-Fi was solid, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping was attentive. I loved how neat the towels were. Just a heads up, the hairdryer didn't work, which was a bit annoying.
